Heat Treatment
ZDAS Heat Treatment Department, in co-operation with other departments, offers annealing, hardening, refining, chemical and thermal treatment and thermal treatment of narrow components and dimensional parts from car-hearth furnaces.
In cooperation with other departments, we offer:
Annealing – annealing chambers: 4000 mm × 3500 mm × 8200 mm; 3000 mm × 3800 mm × 9200 mm; weight of 32000 kg.
Hardening, refinement, chemical and thermal processing – components up to the diameter of 750 mm, length of 1800 mm, weight of 2500 kg
Thermal processing of narrow components – soaking furnace, oil, water. For components of maximum diameter of 800 mm, length of 6800 mm, weight of 10000 kg.
